Trodat
Catalogue design and print
The glossy effect of a spot-uv and foil block lettering of this product catalogue design and print project gives an appealing contemporary look.
Challenge
We’ve been helping Trodat with their catalogue design and print now for several years, highlighting a range of innovative new products which are climate neutral. By devising smaller, lighter stamps made up of 65% recycled plastic, Trodat have given themselves an even more competitive edge, and our brief required this to be a point of focus throughout the design for the latest catalogue.
Solution
The green leaf icon we developed for the last catalogue was repeated as it had been very successful as an identifying icon alongside the product images, and stands out firmly against the red and black colour scheme of the Trodat brand.
With a new die-cut cover and updated content and lots of new products, we also introduced feature pages, which appear like adverts for specific products, as well as a supporting grid-based layout of product photos and specification tables, ensuring a clear and legible product catalogue design.
Included at the back of the product catalogue again are a postal order form for customer stamps, and a process walk-through graphic which demonstrates the online order process.
