Mark Bowers on nurturing talent to continue to give our clients the best in Design
As Creative Director of Parker Design, it’s a big part of my role to maintain and continually deliver the highest quality in the creative output of the agency.
Working with Dom Bartram, our Design Director, we always strive to consistently raise the quality bar with our creative solutions.
Being affiliated to the D&AD is just part of our ongoing strategy to break new ground and boldly go where no client has gone before.
The D&AD have been supporting, celebrating and awarding the best creativity in design and advertising since a group of designers, creative directors, photographers and film makers got together back in 1962.
Every year the D&AD hold prestigious awards for the best of the best, and award Pencil trophies for the winners.
I have loads of pens on my desk, but I don’t have a D&AD Pencil. Yet.
Being corporate members of the D&AD is as much about really caring about the work we create for our clients as about keeping our teams engaged and constantly fuelled with inspiration and enthusiasm.
Our D&AD membership gives us access to a huge range of exciting benefits: exclusive previews of award-winning work, discounts on event tickets, and annual publications.
We are also exploiting the D&AD industry-specific training portfolio, where we can sense check our working practice and figure out how to get the very best from our creative teams.
