Corporate property brochure
To attract the right kind of buyer, we produced a corporate property brochure that emphasises the prestige and scientific influence of AstraZeneca’s Alderley Park site.
Background
As part of AstraZeneca’s plan to establish a new global Research & Development centre and headquarters in Cambridge, the company had decided to put their Alderley Park site, located in the beautiful Cheshire countryside, on the market.
Challenge
Proud of the scientific innovations that had come out of Alderley Park over the years, and with some AstraZeneca teams remaining at the 400-acre site, our brief was to design a corporate property brochure that would attract a buyer who would honour the scientific legacy left by our client.
Solution
We produced the corporate property brochure design in an oversized square format – a design choice made to mirror the sense of impact, authority and scale of the site.
A colour-coded contents page and site plan aid with navigation of the site.
Clean and crisp page layouts leave room for prospective buyers to focus on carefully-written copy and beautiful photography, enticing them to turn to the next page.
Before briefing an architectural photographer – art-directed by our team – we took a tour of the site to ensure the images would really capture the essence of what Alderley Park would offer prospective buyers.
The 4-day photoshoot resulted in the corporate property brochure being filled with a stunning collection of interior and exterior photographs, including aerial shots, which present the natural beauty of the grounds, superior building quality, and wide range of facilities available on site.
We also paid special attention to the printing specifications – the use of gloss laminate on the outer cover and spot UV varnish on the photography further emphasise the prestige and influence of the Alderley Park site.
