Menu design and print

Having created a stunning logo for a gourmet pizza franchise, our next job was to bring our client’s brand to life with a contemporary and distinctive menu design and print solution.

Background

An effective menu design is one of the initial steps to communicate what your establishment stands for, as well as entice customers to come back, and share positive reviews about their experience.

Challenge

This franchise owner was not keen on the oversized menus commonly found in larger pizza chain restaurants, so we had to come up with a unique idea that would make our client stand out in a competitive market.

Solution

The menu design we produced for Oca was square in format, folding out to reveal their range of gourmet pizzas, whilst still allowing diners to see each other over the top and continue their conversations.

To continue the contemporary style of the logo, the menu design and print needed a really special finish. The outside of the menu design was printed in a luxurious metallic bronze and carried no text at all, just featuring a subtle embossed Oca logo in the bottom right hand corner.

The inside of the menu design was printed in the same metallic bronze which looked stunning against the brilliant white silk stock. To complement the main menu design we designed two further menus, one featuring Oca’s signature cocktails and one for their indulgent desserts.
