With this set of striking office wall graphics we helped refresh a corporate environment in preparation for a highly anticipated client visit.
A leading provider of IT services, HCL Technologies has been serving customers across the UK and Europe since 1998. HCL’s customer base is spread throughout a wide range of industries, with several included in the Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 lists both in the UK and worldwide. With its head office in London, HCL has several delivery centres and offices in the UK.
Working in collaboration with our project partner – Venues and Events International – our brief was to produce a set of office wall graphics that would help refresh the HCL office environment in preparation for a highly anticipated client visit – oil industry leader BP.
The office space would be injected with a high dose of energy thanks to graphics celebrating BP as a major client, and also graphics that would inspire employees thanks to messaging from HCL’s ideapreneurship initiative.
The budget for the project was moderate and timelines strict given that the visit date had already been agreed between the HCL team and BP, so we would have to monitor costs and production and installation timings with added emphasis.
With the full schedule and itinerary available to us, we carried out a detailed inspection of the HCL offices to measure spaces available and check wall surfaces to select the most appropriate and durable materials. During the recce we also established how and where to best position the office wall graphics to maximise their impact in each area, whether in corridors, meeting rooms, reception areas or open plan office space.
Before printing and installing the graphics at the HCL offices, we provided our client with ‘to scale’ mock-ups showing some of the photography supplied in situ to obtain their sign-off prior to production.
Inspired by HCL’s brand guidelines and with maximum employee engagement in mind, we created a suite of office wall graphics that make the most of the bright and varied colour palette to highlight HCL’s corporate messaging and bring it to life.
