Challenge

As part of the new website design, we were also briefed with developing an animation that would act as an explainer of the benefits of installing a heat pump. The promotional explainer animation would also have to detail each step of the process prospective customers would have to go through before making a purchasing decision, an engaging way to visually illustrate the topics covered by the FAQs section of the website.

Solution

Our response to the brief is a graphical character animation that captures the attention of viewers within seconds. The tone of the promotional explainer animation is first and foremost professional, with added splashes of dynamism that guarantee continued audience engagement as it goes through the different steps involved.

That subtle dynamism is present throughout the explainer thanks to a diverse set of characters that resonate with a wide-ranging audience, and soft, minimal animation effects that nod to the idea of customer satisfaction.

With the script provided by our client, we made some edits for the copy to boost the role of the animation as a sales tool, and chose the vibrant yet smooth tones of a voiceover artist to inspire confidence in the process, and in our client.
