Further to the rebrand and advertising designs developed for the Macmillan Partnership, we were asked to create a suite of property specification brochures to suitably represent the quality of properties and service on offer by the business.
In order to maximise productivity and reduce time to market, Macmillan had developed a system that allowed staff to control and create unique property specification brochures for each of the properties in their portfolio. We devised a grid-based design which members of the sales team could use as an easy-to-update template. The result was beautiful, engaging and informative property specification brochures that had a positive effect on sales figures.
All sections can be altered to a specific property, whilst maintaining the overall Macmillan corporate style. This saved our client time and ensured brand consistency.
The brochures include various key elements when putting a property on the market, such as high quality photography, detailed room specification, property overview, QR codes and energy rating figures.
