To devise a design that would attract the most ambitious talent – established scientists looking for their next challenge, and fresh graduates eager to make a difference early in their careers – to AstraZeneca’s recently launched Antibiotics Unit.
We produced a recruitment collateral design that relies on simplicity to encourage response. It’s fresh and impactful, and captivates audiences immediately.
With an infographic-inspired feel that focuses on facts, the design includes a mixture of attention-grabbing, aspirational headlines and tangible stats, all in striking purples and greens.
To further support the key role of the AstraZeneca Antibiotics Unit – and the people required to drive it forward – the design also includes a section evocative of an online newsfeed, a nod to the constant evolution and “live” nature of the research.
The newsfeed includes headlines from international media outlets, as well as information on the evolution of governmental response in recent years, a clear reflection of the impact and importance of the initiative.
The design is signed off with a clear and prominent CTA encouraging the best talent to join the organisation now.
