Workplace branding

Workplace branding

Uncomplicated yet carefully thought-out workplace branding ideas that inspire TUI employees by focusing on the unmatched travel experiences they offer.

Background

One of the world’s leading tourism groups, TUI has a broad portfolio of tour operators, 1,200 travel agencies and leading online portals, plus five airlines with 130 aircraft, more than 400 hotels, 16 cruise liners and many incoming agencies in all major holiday destinations worldwide.

Challenge

Going beyond just updating the workplace branding of one of the company’s flagship offices, our brief was to create a space that would inspire employees and capture the spirit of what the company does: to offer an unparalleled travel experience to its more than 21 million customers.

Solution

We focused on making wall graphics the heroes of our workplace branding solution. We started by carrying out a thorough inspection of the office to identify key sections, such as space dedicated to meetings and desk work and also areas of heavy traffic flow to ensure maximum exposure and reach.

We also checked the quality of the existing plaster work to then choose the most appropriate substrate for each surface, paying special attention to curved walls to guarantee a flawless finish once the wall graphics had been installed.

The striking images, carefully curated from TUI’s image library, speak for themselves and bring an energising mixture of light and colour to the workplace branding.

“The office branding looks fab, we’re really pleased with it and we’ve had really good comments from staff in the office over the last couple of days which is great.

Thanks so much to you and your team for your help on this. If we have any similar projects in the future we’ll definitely consider Parker Design.”
