With its origins rooted in historic listed buildings, creating a property developer logo for Chamberlain Developments required a certain touch of class.

Specialising in building exclusive homes and with headquarters in the heart of Cheshire, Chamberlain Developments’ portfolio boasts a selection of highly individual premium character properties. For decades the company has been enhancing the natural landscape with breathtaking barn conversions and elegant contemporary houses.
Challenge
Renowned for its incredibly high specification and level of finish, we needed to create a property developer logo design that embodied our client’s approach of quality, professionalism and unrivalled customer service.
Solution
Our design team took inspiration from Grecian Ionic columns, which are often featured on mansions and stately homes, and created an intricate and instantly memorable line illustration to represent Chamberlain Developments’ stature and the company’s thorough attention to detail.
The next step was to combine the illustration with a classical serif typeface, and we then reproduced the developer logo design in an equally classic British racing green colour. By constraining the logo within a fine keyline, we added a nice balance of solidity and finesse, reminiscent of Chamberlain Developments’ properties and which would instantly resonate with our client’s target audience.
