Medical congress exhibition stand

From the outset, longevity was a key consideration.

Rather than creating a stand for a single event, the brief focused on developing a flexible exhibition stand design that could be stored, transported and reused across multiple international congresses.

The design combines reusable structural elements with durable materials, helping maximise value from the investment while supporting Allmed’s sustainability objectives.

We designed the stand to feel light, accessible and easy to navigate. The open sightlines throughout help visitors move naturally through the space and engage with the different areas of the stand.

A curved overhead feature helps define the space while adding a distinctive architectural element to the design.

The Allmed brand is clearly visible from across the exhibition hall, with its distinctive teal colour applied consistently throughout the stand to create a strong and recognisable presence.

To bring warmth and texture into the environment, we introduced timber slats alongside a mix of natural and artificial planting. Together, these elements soften the overall look and feel of the stand while supporting Allmed’s sustainability messaging.

While the stand presents a cohesive overall appearance, we organised the space into clearly defined areas that support different types of interaction.

The reception area sits at the centre of the stand, creating a welcoming point for visitors as they arrive. Around it, the layout incorporates a variety of meeting environments, including lounge seating for longer conversations and café-style seating for more informal interactions. For private discussions, a fully enclosed meeting room accommodates up to six delegates, providing a comfortable setting away from the busy exhibition floor.

Communicating the benefits of BIOSTEAM® and VAPURE® was a central objective of the project.

To support this, we developed a range of exhibition collateral, including product brochures, alongside a dedicated QR code card that allowed visitors to explore the technology in more detail.

Graphic panels and product-focused messaging help communicate the benefits of both the VAPURE® dialyser and BIOSTEAM® sterilisation technology, while a large screen displays looping video content that provides additional insight into the technology and its application.

Throughout the stand, carefully considered details help strengthen both the visitor experience and the Allmed story.

We developed a bespoke visual concept inspired by the BIOSTEAM® sterilisation process, using atmospheric steam imagery to bring the technology into the exhibition environment. Dialyser samples displayed within the timber slat feature wall create an engaging product presentation, while a coffee station, integrated storage, refrigeration and a dedicated storeroom ensure the stand functions as effectively behind the scenes as it does on the exhibition floor.

This medical congress exhibition stand transformed Allmed’s presence at ERA Congress, providing a premium environment that reflects the quality of both the VAPURE® product range and the BIOSTEAM® technology behind it.
