Conduent
Sustainable exhibition design
Designed for Transport Ticketing Global, the world’s leading event for smart ticketing, mobility payments and integrated fare collection, this sustainable exhibition design gave Conduent a flexible platform to demonstrate its transport technologies, share customer success stories and engage transport operators and authorities exploring the future of fare collection and open payments, while reinforcing its commitment to long-term sustainability.
Built around a reusable exhibition concept, the stand combines product demonstrations, digital case studies and welcoming meeting spaces within a clean architectural environment that can continue evolving for future events.
Meeting sustainability without compromising impact
Sustainability was central to the project from the outset. Rather than developing a stand for a single exhibition, the brief called for an adaptable solution that could be reused and refreshed across future events without sacrificing quality or visual impact.
Working within a 6m x 6m footprint, we developed an exhibition design that balances longevity with flexibility. Reusable structural elements and interchangeable graphics provide a consistent framework that can accommodate changing products and messaging over time, extending the life of the stand while reducing waste.
The design itself contributes to the sustainability story. Clean lines, natural timber finishes, planting and carefully integrated lighting create a premium exhibition environment that feels considered rather than temporary, demonstrating that a stand designed for long-term use need not compromise on visual impact.
Demonstrating technology through experience
Conduent wanted delegates to experience its technology rather than simply read or hear about it.
Live demonstrations gave visitors the opportunity to explore Conduent’s latest ticketing technologies first-hand, while sparking conversations around open payments, automated fare collection and the challenges facing modern transport networks.
We integrated dedicated demonstration areas to give products such as the DOT-1 intelligent interface and VPE ticket validators clear prominence, encouraging delegates to engage directly with the technology and understand how it supports modern public transport networks.
Rather than separating physical products from supporting information, we combined live demonstrations with large-format graphics and digital content to provide context around each solution. This approach helps visitors quickly understand how individual technologies fit within Conduent’s wider mobility offering.
The bigger picture
Large integrated displays continuously presented Conduent case studies, showing how the company’s technologies are being implemented by transport operators to modernise ticketing and payment systems in real-world public transport environments. Alongside touchscreen demonstrations, the content transformed complex transport infrastructure into accessible customer stories.
The combination of physical demo models and digital storytelling allows visitors to move naturally between demonstrations, digital content and product displays, offering multiple ways to discover Conduent’s transport technologies.
Designed around conversations
An open layout and the stand’s position near the catering area help attract high levels of passing traffic, while creating a welcoming environment that is accessible from multiple directions.
We created a dedicated meeting area for more detailed discussions, while a coffee station encourages informal conversations throughout the day. The layout also accommodates a lockable storage room and other practical requirements, keeping the stand organised without detracting from the visitor experience.
A platform for future events
The completed sustainable exhibition design provided Conduent Transportation with far more than a successful exhibition stand for a single event – it’s a long-term platform that can be refreshed for future events while maintaining a consistent, strong brand presence.
