Sustainable stand design

Rather than creating a new exhibition stand design, we refined the existing concept, demonstrating how an adaptable design can continue to deliver value from one event to the next.

Having successfully established a sustainable exhibition platform, the focus shifted from redesigning the stand to refining it. We reviewed how visitors had interacted with the space, identified opportunities to improve product presentation and updated the exhibition design to accommodate Conduent’s latest technologies.

The result is a stand that demonstrates how thoughtful planning at the outset can continue delivering value year after year.

Demo stations provide context for broader discussions around open payments, account-based ticketing and integrated fare collection, helping delegates understand how individual products can support wider transport networks.

A meeting table positioned alongside the displays creates an informal space for more detailed technical discussions without separating conversations from the products themselves.

Large illuminated graphics, integrated lighting, bold messaging and prominent branding increase visibility from across the exhibition hall while clearly communicating Conduent’s scale and expertise. Updated graphics introduce the latest campaign messaging without requiring structural changes, demonstrating how the stand can remain current through straightforward visual updates rather than complete redesign.

Integrated screens combine product demonstrations with customer success stories, helping visitors understand how Conduent’s technologies perform in public transport environments. Together, the demonstrations and digital content reinforce how secure, seamless ticketing can improve journeys for both everyday commuters and occasional travellers in a digital-first world.

By refining rather than replacing the stand, Conduent continues to maximise the value of its exhibition investment from one edition of Transport Ticketing Global to the next.
