We are an experiential agency that uncovers the true potential of your building interiors. To promote the University of Northampton’s new Waterside campus, we created an impressive and engaging Visitor Centre design for students and staff.

The office brand design we created for AstraZeneca increased levels of employee engagement by inspiring pride in staff and making them feel they are an essential part of the organisation.

As a branding agency that has worked with King’s Academy for many years, we were asked to take their brand creation a step further. Inspired by the school’s reputation for excellence, we worked closely with architects and developers to visually shape the identity of their new school building.

We designed an office environment to engage, motivate and congratulate STEM staff for their past efforts, and to encourage them to focus on the company’s promising future. Employee engagement as “part of the furniture”.

As part of the roll out of their five year business plan, Sage enlisted Parker Design to help create an eye catching suite of employee comms materials to grab the attention of its staff and get them engaged with the programme.

The Tesco brand is incredibly well known in the UK, and when they were looking to extend the Tesco Opticians stores into Eastern Europe, Parker Design were given the brief to create a brand new retail point of sale design for them.

A departure from the norm for our client, these retail interior design concepts for in-store opticians offer a premium experience that generates curiosity amongst busy supermarket shoppers.
