HR infographic design
This playful HR infographic design effectively educates businesses about the cost of employee absenteeism.
Background
Our client’s main aim was to create positive disruption in the field of human resources, an industry where traditional marketing methods are prevalent. As a young and innovative technology company, our client felt their online people management software offered a unique solution for SMEs – one that was both user-friendly and fully customisable.
Challenge
Our client wanted to position themselves as experts on the subject of employee absenteeism. They needed help communicating the financial impact this issue has on businesses, in a way that was both fun and easy to share.
Solution
Having identified that there was already an abundance of infographics on a variety of human resources topics, we wanted to make sure our solution helped our client rise above competitors. We suggested a fresh and playful infographic design to maximise engagement.
We were involved in every stage of the project – we carried out industry research, wrote the content, and created the infographics in a way that highlighted the data and made it easy for target audiences to absorb.
The infographic design maximised the elements of the rebrand we’d recently helped our client with, bringing them to life by translating them into playful and energetic icons. Designed with a focus on the audience, colours and sizes applied to insightful statistics help highlight the scale and impact of absenteeism on businesses.
The energetic and colourful branding mixed with insightful content help position our client as maverick, innovative experts. Our design is multi-purpose: it can be printed or emailed to be used as a sales tool, as well as shareable online within a blog post or via social media content. This flexibility helped maximise exposure to the key messages.
Creating an effective HR infographic design that helps quantify the impact of employee absenteeism allowed our client to open a dialogue about how SMEs could use their products to better manage it.
