To create true differentiation between this year's report and the previous year's, we abandoned a more conventional approach to report design and instead opted for a clean and contemporary look that succeeds at transmitting a sense of quality and professionalism, page after page. The highly visual approach was perfect for a time-poor audience of financial institutions, regulators, government bodies, developers, contractors, partners and investors.
