Our client’s main aims was to create positive disruption in the field of human resources, an industry where conservative marketing is prevalent. As a young and innovative technology company they felt their online people management software offered a unique solution for SMEs – one that was both user-friendly and fully customisable.
Our client wanted to position themselves as experts on the subject of employee absenteeism. They needed help communicating the financial impact this problem has on businesses, but in a way that was both fun and easy to share.
We suggested a fresh and playful design to maximise engagement.
Creating an effective HR infographic design that helps quantify the impact of employee absenteeism, allowed the client to open a dialogue about how SMEs could use their products to better manage it.
Having identified that there was already an abundance of infographics on a variety of human resources topics, we wanted to make sure our solution helped the client stand out from the crowd.
Our design is multi-purpose: it can be printed or emailed to be used as a sales tool, as well as shareable online within a blog post or via social media content. This flexibility helps to maximise exposure to the key messages.
We were involved in every stage of the project. Not only did we conduct industry research and write the content, we also created the infographic in a way that highlighted the data and made it easy for target audiences to comprehend.
