We produced an internal awards collateral design that radiates brightness and positivity, and succeeds at inspiring everyone to get involved and recognise the efforts of those around them.
With over 300 care homes, Four Seasons Health Care specialises in providing high quality nursing, residential, intermediate and specialist dementia care to 14,000 residents. Our client cares about their compassionate staff as much as they care about their residents. This focus on their staff is clear from their vision to be ‘the best place to work in the care sector’ and the launch of the Care Awards.
The scheme, open to employees from all Four Seasons homes across the UK, celebrates and commends their hard work and dedication. The awards were also designed to inject positive energy into a workforce whose efforts may sometimes go unrecognised.
Our task was to produce an internal awards collateral design that would appeal to every carer, volunteer and resident across the Four Seasons care home network with the aim to encourage nominations and participation.
The design inspires everyone across the care homes to get involved and recognise carers and other staff, even residents, with one or more nominations.
We organised a professional photo shoot that resulted in a diverse set of images that radiate brightness and positivity, and make true stars of everyone in a Four Seasons Health Care home.
The design presents the newly-launched Care Awards as the perfect opportunity to recognise individuals who demonstrate a passion and commitment to make a tangible difference to those around them.
- The collateral includes a PowerPoint presentation for the awards ceremony, invites, nomination and win certificates, menus, pull-up banners and posters.
- We also created a simple, approachable and friendly identity for the awards that contributes to a general sense of belonging.
- Giant photo frames were also part of the collateral. They included the different Four Seasons Health Care values and were used as selfie props at the award ceremony, adding to the buzz on the night. Guests then shared the photos on social media, injecting fun and encouraging engagement.
