We surprised architects with something very familiar to them: a blueprint that we mailed to them rolled up in a cardboard tube. Generating immediate intrigue, the Direct Mail campaign was conceived to raise awareness of Kingspan's new innovative roofing solution amongst an audience of architects, usually too time poor to consider introducing new ideas into their tried and tested methods.

The brief: to encourage customer retention by moving from the product-centric approach Thomson Reuters campaigns had been following so far, where different teams supported different product messages, to a new unified strategy focused on the customer instead of the product. Results shared by our client were extremely encouraging: 100% click-through rate, 7 million impressions from social media and email and 1704% uplift in views.
