Creating stronger connections

For over 30 years, we’ve been helping organisations turn their brands into experiences that people can see, explore, interact with and remember.

We bring together creative thinking, strategy, design and technology to create brand experiences that strengthen the connection between organisations and their audiences – across physical spaces, digital platforms, live events, campaigns and everything in between.

The strongest brand experiences go beyond communicating a message. They give people something to take part in. Whether we’re creating an immersive exhibition, an interactive digital experience, a product launch, a branded environment or a campaign that works across multiple touchpoints, we consider how every element contributes to the way the audience thinks, feels and responds.

Our multidisciplinary team gives us the freedom to think beyond individual channels. With expertise spanning branding, digital, motion, content and experiential design, we can shape the complete experience around the audience and the objective, creating meaningful interactions that build recognition, encourage engagement and bring brands closer to the people who matter.

Brand experience AGENCY SHOWCASE

A brand can be experienced in countless ways, from a first interaction online to a physical space, live event or face-to-face conversation.

Our work brings together different disciplines and touchpoints to create experiences built around the audience, the environment and what our clients want people to do, think or feel. Explore some of our brand experience projects below.

Frequently Asked Questions

Brand experience can cover everything from digital interactions and campaigns to exhibitions, events and physical spaces, so it often raises questions about where to start and what makes an experience effective. Here are some of the questions we’re frequently asked.

What is brand experience?

Brand experience is the impression people form through their interactions with a brand. It includes what they see, but also what they do, how an interaction feels and what they take away from it.

That experience can happen almost anywhere – on a website, at an exhibition, through an interactive installation, inside a branded space or as part of a campaign. Strong brand experience design considers those interactions as connected parts of the same relationship, rather than isolated pieces of communication.

Why is brand experience important?

People have more ways to interact with brands than ever before, and every one of those interactions can influence perception.

A well-designed brand experience turns brand values and messages into something tangible. It can help an organisation stand out, make complex ideas easier to understand, encourage participation and create stronger emotional connections. Most importantly, it gives audiences a reason to engage rather than simply asking them to pay attention.

How do you create a consistent brand experience across physical and digital channels?

Consistency doesn’t mean making every touchpoint look or behave exactly the same. It means ensuring they all express the same brand in a way that suits the channel, audience and moment.

We identify the elements that need to remain consistent – from the central idea and messaging to visual and behavioural cues – and then adapt the experience appropriately across digital, physical and live environments. This creates a recognisable relationship between touchpoints without restricting what each one can do.

How can technology enhance a brand experience?

Technology can turn audiences from observers into active participants, but it works best when it has a clear purpose.

Interactive screens, immersive content, animation, augmented and virtual experiences, data-driven content and other digital tools can help audiences explore information, personalise an experience or interact with a brand in ways that wouldn’t otherwise be possible.

We start with the audience and the objective, then consider where technology can make the experience more useful, engaging or memorable.

How do you make a brand experience memorable?

Memorability rarely comes from adding more for the sake of it. It comes from giving people a distinctive experience that rewards their attention.

That might mean an unexpected interaction, a strong creative idea, a beautifully designed environment, useful content or an experience that invites participation. We look at the complete journey to identify where creative thinking can make the biggest difference and give audiences something worth remembering.

Can brand experiences work for B2B audiences?

Yes. B2B decisions are still made by people, and those people respond to engaging experiences.

Brand experience can be particularly valuable when products, services or ideas are difficult to communicate through traditional marketing alone. Demonstrations, interactive content, exhibitions, digital tools and immersive environments can help audiences understand an offer more quickly while giving sales teams better opportunities to start meaningful conversations.

How do you measure the success of a brand experience?

The right measures depend on what the experience is designed to achieve.

For a digital experience, that could include engagement, interactions, dwell time or conversions. At an exhibition or event, it might include visitor numbers, demonstrations, leads, meetings or follow-up activity. Other projects may focus more heavily on awareness, employee engagement or changes in brand perception.

Defining those objectives early helps us design the experience around meaningful outcomes rather than measuring success after the event.

Investing in Design That Delivers

Every brand experience has different objectives, audiences and requirements, so the investment depends on what needs to be created and where it needs to work.

We support everything from focused digital or physical experiences to ambitious projects spanning multiple channels and locations. By establishing the objectives, scope and practical requirements from the outset, we can focus investment where it will have the greatest effect and develop an experience designed to deliver against the brief.
