Organisational strategy infographic

Organisational strategy infographic

This organisational strategy infographic helped a global company drive high levels of employee engagement following a restructure.

Background

A global provider of specialised engineered solutions approached us to help define and communicate the strategy for their Food and Beverage division. SPXFLOW, operating in over 35 countries with sales across 150 markets, had recently undergone a period of strategic growth, acquisitions and market reorganisation, requiring a clear and effective way to align their vision.

Challenge

After these significant changes, our client felt it was time to address employee communications, ensuring that the division operated as a unified team. To present their new strategic direction, SPXFLOW sought an engaging and dynamic approach to share essential strategy information. Their goal was to ensure that employees across all global locations not only understood the vision but also felt connected to it and motivated to embrace it.

Solution

This unique and motivational infographic design provided the ideal format for condensing a large volume of information while driving higher levels of employee engagement. By presenting a clear and structured vision of the company’s strategy, the piece ensured message consistency and alignment across the organisation, helping employees feel connected to a shared goal.

Our client initially provided a 16-page guide outlining their strategy. To fully grasp their vision and objectives, we worked closely with them to identify key areas that needed to be distilled into the infographic. Through this collaboration, we developed a clear, easy-to-follow structure, breaking the content into three sections: company history, strategic direction and a vision for the future. The infographic concluded with a strong call to action, inspiring employees to embrace change.

We took the company’s existing brand and pushed it further, introducing playful design elements that made the content more engaging and approachable. The structure and visual style incorporated informal, fresh illustrations and a script-like font, reinforcing a sense of familiarity and accessibility. This friendly approach emphasised the idea of a global company with local knowledge, uniting employees under a shared purpose.

The organisational strategy infographic, translated into nine languages, became a central tool in educational sessions led by senior managers. These sessions provided teams with a walkthrough of the new structure and strategy, ensuring clarity and alignment at every level.

Our client felt that the impactful design played a crucial role in helping employees understand not only the strategy itself but also their individual roles in bringing it to life.
