The positive impact IT departments have on other internal teams in businesses all over the world often goes unnoticed and unrecognised, and may potentially cause issues when it comes to teamwork and overall employee engagement levels. Aware of this, Deloitte asked us to create an infographic that would tell a story of what the IT team had achieved and the effect their work would have on their colleagues, for everybody to acknowledge and celebrate.

“What would you do with an extra day holiday?” – that was the message driving our campaign for Hilton. 'Speaking' directly to the audience, about an offer they couldn't resist, would generate immediate excitement and engagement about the company's new benefits package we were helping launch. Designed to maximise engagement, and as the hero of the campaign, we designed a classic style suitcase that opened to reveal information leaflets on the wide range of benefits available with the new programme. Placed in staff break rooms across the Hilton network, the playful design generated immediate intrigue and became a talking point amongst staff.
