“I always try to aim for the highest to achieve the best.”

For as long as I can remember I’ve always loved design. In primary school I was always waiting for the art lessons and making a mess at home recreating things from Art Attack (the best art TV show when I was a kid). Fast forward a few years and I decided to do Graphic Design at college, where I first discovered my love for Graphic Design, and where I knew I’d found what I wanted to do for the rest of my life.

I then did an amazing degree in Graphic Design at Salford University which led onto getting my first professional design job, here at Parker!

I’ve already had the chance to work with some great clients such as AstraZeneca, Sage and United Utilities. I love that every day is different, and the varied client base means I’m always working on exciting new briefs. I always try to aim for the highest to achieve the best for myself and for clients.

As for me, I’m originally from Surrey, I have a slightly obsessive attention to detail – which often helps with my design work – and I’m a natural organiser, meaning everything always has to be tidy! In my spare time I still enjoy design and drawing, and I love interior design and photography.

My favourite thing is to travel, which I try to do as much as I can. For me there’s nothing better than visiting new countries and experiencing different cultures! Failing that, you’ll find me watching back to back episodes of Friends or the Harry Potter films. I feel that here at Parker I’ve definitely picked the right place to start my career – the office space is great, and the team are all lovely. I’ve learnt so much already, and I’m very excited for the future and to carry on learning more.
