“I’m a dedicated designer with an almost forensic interest in graphic design, typography and motion.”

After earning a degree in graphic design, I spent 14 years working at three very different agencies across the UK before joining Parker. My role here has grown over time, and now – as Design Director – I head up the exceptionally talented design team.

I’m a dedicated designer with an almost forensic interest in graphic design, typography and motion. Branding is a particular area of expertise, and I love the entire process – from strategy and concept development to the finer details of implementation. My approach is systematic, with an emphasis on clarity, consistency and adaptability, ensuring that every design solution is cohesive and effective across all applications.

I’ve always been inspired by Dutch graphic design, which has led to a broader connection with the culture. The Netherlands has almost become a second home, and I’m even learning to speak Dutch! This influence is reflected in my work – embracing reductionism and structure while developing flexible, distinctive visual systems that balance function and personality. Typography plays a key role, and I continuously explore new ways to push boundaries through motion and creative coding.

I thrive on developing strong client relationships, building trust and encouraging them to embrace more progressive or less-obvious solutions. The best results come from a collaborative, conceptual approach where every decision is backed by a clear rationale.

Outside of work, football (Manchester United), Formula One, and running are all passions. I try to run three or four times a week – it’s a great way to escape – and the best thing about burning so many calories is that you can eat more afterwards!
