“I love getting my teeth into a nice juicy design project.”

I graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Liverpool John Moores University, after leaving Hull Uni due to the dreadful smell of fish! I first worked as a graphic designer in Surrey, and then as a freelance designer in London.

Looking for a bit more action, I went travelling around the world, taking in Hawaii, Fiji, the Cook Islands, Thailand, New Zealand, South East Asia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Laos. I broke that up with a stint of graphic design work in Perth, Australia, funding the rest of my travels.

Back in the UK, I got years of quality experience under my belt at a Liverpool agency, before joining Parker Design. Here, I get the chance to work on a wide range of fantastic projects and put my own mark on them.

What’s my inspiration? Well, during university, Japanese pop art and artists like Takashi Murakami were big heroes to me.

I don’t do ANYTHING outside of work, because I’ve got three young kids! I suppose my favourite hobby is sleeping… When things calm down, I’ll get back to other things that I enjoy: playing squash, drinking and socialising with friends.
